Well were in the middle of the grilling season and I’ve been doing some little cooks for my personal table, and testing things out as far as I would like but more importantly hopefully what others will enjoy. I won’t bore you with the things such as a vinegar base sauce vs a ketchup sauce and such but I believe I’ve got a flavor profile that I like alot, along with what rubs I like vs ones I’ll never use again cause it just didn’t make me get that “ wow “ effect! As far as the opening of the business I’m working on a few things because just before I sent / or spent the money for a LLC , I learned that if I work, I can only do less than 10 hours a week and still run the risk of losing my disability benefits at which time I can’t afford to lose that with my health issues it just won’t work out for me . So I’ll keep testing my skills, smokin anything I can and once I get this figured Out we’ll go from there ! In the meantime if you need help or would like to try some of my stuff message me and we can always work something out! For me it’s the cooking, and I just wanted to be able to put some tasty stuff out there for you all to enjoy !
Kinda like what I did at my friends End of life celebration.,i brought 20lbs of pork belly burnt ends, didn’t let anyone know that I was doing this and the response was just amazing from people , so it put a huge smile on my face and my heart was so full of joy ! So that’s just a little update of what’s happening and where am at right now ! Peace and i hope you all are enjoying your summer so far ❤️
