We are FOUR friends, united in the almighty trinity of Family, Food, and Fun. We call ourselves the Northside Porkers because living in North Topeka carries a swagger that most men will live a lifetime without knowing. Living "Northside" is not an experience, it's a lifestyle. ther as ONE, entering our first BBQ contest and proudly naming ourselves the Northside Porkers. Unless you live North of the river in Topeka, you may never know what that passion and swagger is. WE, through our mouth watering smoked creations, can give a glimpse of living Northside and marinate your soul with premium BBQ.
