Deep clean day in the brewhouse.

When you occasionally park your cars in your brewery, things can get dirty, so we pulled all the little stuff out and did some serious scrubbing of the floors.

Definitely a lot of work to get things almost back to when we first moved in a year ago, but so worth it.

Enjoy the series of before and after pics, we’re really happy with how everything came out.

We’re not ones to mix our “business” and personal lives, but we decided to use our reach this one time to help our son (aka Tom).

He’s currently raising money for his high school water polo team and is nearing the end of a popcorn sale fundraiser.

We’re just about 24 hours from the end and would certainly appreciate the support of the Tom Ryan fan community to move him up the leaderboard and get him and the team closer to their goals.

We’ll post the link in our story until the end of the sale tomorrow at 2:30pm.

Even though we are mainly looking ahead to this Saturday’s LansdaleB**rFest, we also got to close out the 2026 The Great Allentown Fair first thing this morning.

This year, we almost made a clean sweep across every category we entered, coming away with:

- 🥇Dark Ales - American Porter
- 🥇Light Ales - Kolsch
- 🥈Light L***r - American Light L***r
- 🥇IPA - Centennial SMaSH
- 🥇Sour - DDH Fruited Sour NEIPA with Peaches and Vanilla

- 🥇& BOS - C***r

We’re planning on having some of these as part of our lineup this weekend, so if you’re on the fence about coming out, rest assured our brews are critically acclaimed.

Just a quick little Medal Monday for you.

Since we’ve been pulling back on competitions to only focus on those that are either hyper-local or are in states where we have yet to medal, we don’t have a ton sitting around, but we do have these two that still need to be hung up in the brewhouse.

At the Peterson Homebrew Competition in CO, we took 🥈 on the C***r table and at the SNAFU Winterfest in Vegas, we took 🥈on the Fruit, Spiced, & Seasonal B**r for our Winter Warmer, “A Tingle In Your Kringle”.

As the summer winds down, and competitions start to pick back up, we expect to have more to show off soon.

Manifestation Monday…

A little over a week ago, we called our shot and said we’d be the first homebrewers to be back-to-back champions at Skook Brew Fest. On Saturday, we knocked it out of the park and did just that.

In total, we offered 11 different options to attendees. In addition to our strong and deep lineup, “Tattoos with Tommy” was a big hit and we were illustrating people non-stop as they sampled our brews.

Thanks to everyone who traveled from near and far to see us. We saw a lot of familiar faces and won over countless new Tom Ryan fans this weekend.

Thanks to Budwash The Superb, 𝔸𝕃𝕐𝕊𝕊𝔸 • 𝔾𝕌ℕ𝕊ℂℍ, the entire Pilger Ruh Brewery & Taproom team and Dave Cantwell for continuing to put on one of the most badass fests around.

Thanks to our extended family who once again came out to support us and step in as things began to get crazy.

Congrats to both Ryan Kretschmar and Andrew Eisenhower for joining us on the podium. Super impressive for first time Skook-ers!

Also, shout out to Robin Hood Brewing Co. for bringing the pro belt home for the 3rd time!

We’ll be back for Brewsgiving on 11/14, but the next stop for us will be LansdaleB**rFest!

Happy Christmas in July Eve to those who celebrate.

Today we announce the last two b**rs we plan to gift the fine people of Schuylkill County at tomorrow’s Skook Brew Fest, brews number 9 & 10, in total.

Two takes on our house Gose recipe:

1) Our signature Cucumber Dill Gose, which was the talk of the town last year, and
2) A Watermelon Gose that gives serious Sour Patch Watermelon vibes

Both are full of flavor and character and will definitely tickle your tastebuds.

Speaking of character, temporary tattoos of both characters shown on these signs will also be available to adorn your skin.

The weather is looking perfect for tomorrow, so come on out and help us defend the belt!

Only announcing one addition to our Skook Brew Fest lineup today, and it’s most apropos since we’re going to the SHINEDOWN show in Philly later this evening.

We listen to a lot of Dad Rock in the brewhouse and on almost any given day, you’ll hear one of our favorites, “Monsters”.

One day, we decided to make a b**r inspired by the song and sought out the scariest, monster hops we could find and landed on the trio of Hydra, Styrian Wolf, and Samsquanch.

Coming in at just under 9%, this hazy has big tropical, citrus, melon and stonefruit notes with just a hint of funk.

Layer in a little callback to our childhood and you got a perfect example of what Tom Ryan is all about.

“My Monsters Are Real” marks the 8th different brew you’ll be able to get from us on Saturday, so grab your tickets now and be prepared to pull up a chair and camp out at our tent as you run up and down our taplist.

One more taplist announcement for Saturday’s Skook Brew Fest before we turn in for the night.

“Lord of the Lawn” becomes the 7th brew in our lineup and is a brand new recipe we recently threw together.

An absolutely pure lawnmower b**r, this 4.6% crusher is crackery, crisp, and hoppy, everything you’d want after potentially hours of yard work (or walking up and down Centre Street).

If you’ve been following along, we’re certainly set to have something for everyone, no matter your preferences.
