Cause there is never a dull moment. This is Henry Standing Bear(the duck)he is our solar duck who thinks he is a chicken,last night he tried to die on us. He got caught up in the fence, I got home found him on his back but still breathing but not moving. I called Ben he came out and picked him as the cows observed him, he was definitely still there but we really thought he broke his neck. Ben was trying to rationalize me and say he may make it ducks are crazy I just didn't want him suffering, so we called kids out as this is a family decision. So as we talked to the kids told them what happened we said we had to vote on what we do....JJ convinced he was sleeping hard and will wake up, Izzy wanted to see if he would make as he really just looked as he was sleeping, Ben voted the same as Izzy so wr made him a box and put somewhere he was safe and enclosed......THIS CRAZY DUCK WAS NOT ONLY ALIVE! but running around quaking like where's my chicken friends. Sorry for long rant but you just never know in this life.
