January used to be one of our “slow” months, but that hasn’t been the case in recent years. We have been busy working on our building, field planning, ordering seeds and supplies, working on taxes and soaking up knowledge.

Last weekend we attended Farm Bureau’s NC Vision Conference in Wilmington. It was an incredible event where we made connections with other farmers, learned from leaders in the industry and toured local farms. Thank you ncfarmbureau for providing us with this opportunity!! Also, thank you castlehaynefarms and Tinga Nursery for allowing us to tour your operations and sharing your knowledge with us!!

It’s time to get all of those seeds started now, so check back in a few weeks to see what’s growing! 🌱
