It's been a busy, but yet somber spring after losing a dear friend. Life has been different around the homestead. Andrew's been busy with work and events, while Mason nears the finish line of his Master's degree with about 10 months left! Despite everything, the homestead remains active. Here are also some recent pictures of our stock. If you're interested in a particular breed, feel free to reach out. We often have hatching eggs and chicks available! 😊

Our Kiki coop this evening! These little guys love a sunny day with fresh grass! Every morning their coop gets moved to a new spot in the yard, and they LOVE this green grass we are staring to see!💚

Short-Stop says hello everyone and is checking in to see how everyone is doing! Spring is showing its signs here on the homestead and we couldn’t be more excited. Heated waterers are put away and tarps are soon to come down. Thank goodness! We have many different hatching eggs available as well as chicks of different varieties if anyone is interested! Spring is coming friends!! We’re ramping up here on the homestead this week with new hens laying daily! We also found our first turkey egg in the woods today..can’t wait to chase these girls to their nests all summer 🙄😆 it’s worth it though. We also have chicks and hatching eggs of all sorts so please reach out if you’re interested! 😊 Hope everyone is having a great week!

This sweet Barnyard Mix baby would like to say hello to everyone! 🐣 The snow/ice has OFFICIALLY melted here on the homestead (for now 😆)! Now comes the mud 😵‍💫. We’ll take it though. Just a few more weeks until every hatcher’s most loved/hated time of year..Spring! For us, it’s one of our favorite times of the year. Are you guys finally thawing out as well? 🥶
