Pattypan squash! … how do I cook it?! Well, I’m gonna tell you… cut the top off, scoop some out, put your favorite meat of choice in there and top it with whatever you like! Put it in the oven at 425 for an hour and enjoy! Pictured is one that Mr. Rod stuffed with spicy sausage, topped with onion and jalapeño… I prefer them topped with cheese but you can do whatever you like! You really can prepare them any way that you would a yellow squash but the skin on them is a little thicker so stuffing them is an option that you don’t have with the yellow squash. We have plenty of them so come get them and let me know how you like them!

The stand in Woodford will be open from 8-5 on Friday and Saturday and you can also find us at the North Farmer’s market on Friday evening from 6-9 AND we’ll be at the State Farmers Market on Saturday! There’s carnival rides at the state market this weekend too!

We accept senior vouchers, cash, cards, Venmo, Cash App… we have squash, zucchini, zephyr squash, pattypan squash, cucumbers, red potatoes, purple potatoes and if you give me a heads up I can pick you some sweet banana pepper, bell peppers and eggplant!
