Dear Sunshine... We're Ready for You! ☀️

After the cloudy, rainy weather, we're officially putting in our request for a few days of sunshine! 🌦️➡️🌞

Our plants are in, and we're looking forward to some warm days on the farm. In the meantime, we're keeping things bright with beautiful flowers, hanging baskets, fresh produce, delicious sandwiches, and plenty of cider donuts.

🥒 Ingredients

* Large English cucumber (for the body and head)
* Small pickling cucumbers or gherkins (for the legs)
* Carrot stick (for the tongue)
* Colby Jack cheese cubes
* Smoked sausage or salami slices
* Green grapes
* Cherry tomatoes
* Large wood toothpicks or skewers
* Black peppercorns or black olives (for the eyes)

💡 Cook's Tip: To give your alligator a stable base so it doesn’t roll over on the platter, slice a thin, flat strip off the bottom of the main cucumber before you start carving the mouth and adding the legs!
