Meet the newest addition to the Sirloin Catering fleet — our fully equipped mobile smoker!

This beast is built to handle a crowd. With two smoking chambers. we can smoke 6+ 90-lb. whole pigs or a large variety of meats at once, bringing fresh, slow-smoked BBQ to events of 100+ guests.

And it’s completely mobile — equipped with a sink, and its own 40-gallon water tank, allowing our team to bring even more of the kitchen directly to your event.
