Hello my neighbor's,

My name is Nena. Some of you may know me, I run a small home-based microbakery in Northbrook called Nena's Sweet Treats.
I bake macarons, cakes, sourdough bread, and a variety of sourdough treats. My breads are long-fermented, hand-shaped sourdough loaves using a natural sourdough starter and simple, high-quality ingredients.

I’m a licensed cottage food baker and registered with the Cook County Health Department.
Every week I bake fresh, delicious loaves and other sourdough treats using organic ingredients and lots of love. Pick-ups are available at my home in Northbrook.

You can also find me this Sunday at the Winter Skokie Farmers Market alongside many other wonderful local vendors.
