Asking our friends who roll through the to be patient with my dear Em tomorrow because math is hard and she's holding down the fort solo so I can play with my friends ❤️

My absence also means that there will be NO BREAKFAST SAMMIES TOMORROW! Sorry we love you and we'll be back next week and every week after that 🥓🍳

The chicken sale is still hip hap happening and we're starting to get dangerously low on a lot of our favs so tomorrow would be a great time to stock up!

Tomorrow marks our 6th season of farmer's markets and the only thing that hasn't changed is our table cloth ;)

We are excited to offer the return of the Fresh Chicken Club!

We now have 4 options for the Fresh Chicken Club CSA! Choose from whole chicken or chicken cut CSA's, both available in small and large options.

We also now have 4 pick up locations! Pick up Locations are:
5th Quarter Butcher Shop in Waitsfield (Friday's 445-6pm),
Capital City Farmers Market in Montpelier (Saturdays 9-1pm @ 133 State St)
Black Bird Organics in Plainfield
UBF Farmstand in Northfield Friday 4pm-Sunday 8pm.

We may or may not have bullied into making us a metric ton of pork and veal meatballs and if you haven't tried them yet this weekend is the perfect time. Chalk full of heavy cream, parm, romano, our eggs, parsley and garlic- we've done all the work for you, you just have to get cozy, get some sauce on the stove and roll em up ❤️‍🔥

Also since I hear there's a big sports game on Sunday we're doing 30% off wings and in the farmstand $5.50/lb - we're only tuning in for 💥💅

Secure a winter's worth of pasture raised, local chicken today!

Details: Chicken Parts CSA has two size options- choose from the small for $250 (5 # per pick up or ~3 packages of assorted cuts) or large for $500 (10 # per pick up or ~6 packages of assorted cuts).

Whole Chicken CSA has two size options- choose from the small for $250 (2 whole chickens per pick up or ~10lbs total) or the large for $500 (4 whole chickens per pick up or ~20lbs total).

This year we are offering THREE! pick up locations: on Friday's at 5th Quarter Butcher Shop in Waitsfield, on Saturday's at Alumni Hall in Montpelier or any day Friday-Sunday at our farmstand in Northfield.


Pick ups will be the weekends of: 12/19, 1/16 , 2/20 , 3/20 , 4/17
