Fireside Orchard & Gardens

One of our favorite days of the year! I love the sounds of the strings group in the gazebo! Local students come to the orchard every year to put on a performance for friends and family.

Fireside Orchard is at St Olaf for an apple and apple c***r tasting for Homecoming weekend. We’re excited to share our fruit with you all!

Fresh pressed apple c***r is being made, and it will be available in our store ASAP!

Due to overwhelming demand, our c***r will be temporarily out of stock on Sunday, September 27th. We will immediately begin pressing more c***r on September 28th, and we will have c***r back in stock as soon as our process allows. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

SweeTango apples are going to be sold out soon. These are my personal favorite! It’s sad to see them go, but we’ll have them in the store until they’re gone!

Fireside Orchard & Gardens in Northfield, Minnesota, is a second-generation company founded in 1980. As the air turns cooler, their crop of hand-picked local apples begins to arrive in our markets, including varieties such as Honeycrisp, Haralson, Regent, Cortland, Fireside and McIntosh. Fireside Orchard has also created a c***r for Kowalski's that is a blend of many of these local apples, which were developed by the University of Minnesota. After the apples are pressed, each jug is hand-filled and delivered directly to our markets for added freshness. That's the value of partnering with local growers! Find apples from Fireside Orchard and Kowalski's Signature Apple C***r in the Produce Department.
