The closest cookie order I could find that gave me Dolly energy. 🩷 It's a little scary to create things for a client you've never done before (like making cows out of buttercream and horns/ears out of chocolate) but like Dolly says, "you'll never do a whole lot unless you're brave enough to try."

Somehow in over a year of working on cookie cakes, this was my first Texas themed order (other than college cakes). 🤠 obviously everyone here is a cowboy, knows how to lasso, and rides horses to school and work so I made sure to tie this cookie cake together with a perfect rope border 🐴
