When we started River City Breakfast, we had no idea what our future would hold.

You’ve followed us, shared our posts, tagged your friends, recommended us, stood in line, tried something new, come back for seconds, and kept showing up at our window.

There are a whole lot of places you could spend your money and a whole lot of small businesses you could support. The fact that so many of you choose to support ours means more than we can say.

2,000 people following this crazy food truck journey is pretty dang cool.

We are so excited to share this announcement!! We have BISCUITS!! We have been working for MONTHS to find the best product to share with you guys, and we think we finally nailed it! And I know what you’re thinking, “But everybody has biscuits!” So I’ll tell you like I tell my school kids…you are welcome to follow an example of a former student, but you better outdo it and make yours 10 times better, which is precisely what we have attempted to do! Can’t wait to see you guys in the morning at Northport AL Farmers Market!!

I’ll be honest, there aren’t many folks I’d fire this fryer back up and sweat to death for, but for these boys and their coaches?! I’d do it 100 times over. It was our pleasure to serve them some Falcon sammiches! Delicious and nutritious, tastes just like chicken! 😂 GO WILDCATS!! 💙🤍🖤
