I am a home owner who saved a chicken one day from running across a very busy street.
From there, I came to love her and felt she needed a friend, in comes the Chicken Math process lolol
I went from 1 too 3, too 22 to 45. Bahahaha in my back yard.
I now, through chickens aging process, loss from aging, have 22, 18 of which are my 6-8 yr old who are living out their happy egg retirements.
My girls are fed well and free run most days, rainy days or Hawk threats, they are in a large run to range.
I am not a business, just a person who loves chickens and never thought about the egg part of having them until I became over egged and didn't know what to do with them. Lol
I started handing dozens out to my newspaper customers (I had delivered the daily paper for a few years) so Saturdays/Sundays along with their morning paper, folks were getting breakfast 😀
They started paying for eggs, refusing to take them, Here we are..
Almost 8 years and I enjoy delivering.
I meet people, have regulars
Please feel free if you would like to try some fresh, eggs
