Clean bill of health from the state bee inspector yesterday. No pictures because the weather is terrible this week, but we are good to go with Nuc sales this weekend. Happy spring!

This season we invested in a bee vacuum to safely remove and relocate bees. It has been rewarding and it's particularly interesting to meet new people who love bees but don't want them in their house.

Processing the last of this year's honey. Not the best honey year but not a total bust. The bees look healthy and are in good condition to get ready for winter which is my priority of course.

Harvesting honey, the basswood did not bloom this year in our area, which means less honey. However, what I'm harvesting sure is tasty.
