New Hampshire's sugarmakers are hard at work during March's muddy days and chilly nights, collecting sap and boiling it down into the NH maple syrup we enjoy all year long.
That hard work doesn't just end up on pancakes. It finds its way into your morning coffee, sweet maple glazes at summer cookouts, crunchy maple granola tucked into hiking backpacks, and those irresistible pieces of maple candy we all love to snack on.
Thank you to the sugarmakers who work their magic in March so we can savor maple all year long.
