Position: Residential Water Technician
Location: Northwood, NH 03275
Job Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
• Install, maintain, and repair residential water treatment systems (softeners, filtration systems, RO units, etc.)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and water quality issues
• Perform routine service calls and preventative maintenance
• Educate homeowners on system operation and maintenance
• Ensure all work meets company standards
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential water treatment or plumbing
• Strong knowledge of water softeners, filtration systems, and reverse osmosis systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record IS A MUST!
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• On Call Weekends
