🔥 Cabernet-Braised Smoked Brisket Ragu over Steakhouse Potatoes

Tender smoked brisket slowly braised with Cabernet Sauvignon, San Marzano tomatoes, high quality beef stock, fresh herbs and aromatics, served over rich, creamy steakhouse-style mashed potatoes.

This one sold out last time, so we’re running it back.

We had a great time today at Peterbilt Motors Company in Plainville for their truck show, absolutely amazing, those guys really move America! Best part is once it slowed down we had some volunteers getting some learning going!

You’ve watched them cook it. Would you come try it?

In addition to the BBQ, I’m thinking about starting Chef’s Best, a dinner series every other week featuring a meal inspired by a different renowned chef.

Think Gordon Ramsay’s braised short ribs, Julia Child’s beef bourguignon, or Anthony Bourdain’s French bistro cooking. Dishes you’ve watched them prepare and wished you could reach through the screen and taste.

I’d prepare one complete featured dinner each night, bringing more of my culinary school training to your table.

Would this be something you’d come out for? And which chef or dish would you want me to start with?
