It's Thursday, which means... 1/2 off pizzas!

We make all of our own dough daily as well as our own sauce, hand stretch each, and top 'em with all sort of killer combinations.

Quick note!... and we mentioned this briefly for 50-cent wing night. We have a fairly small kitchen and when we tried doing take out, it lead to pretty long wait times for folks in the taproom...which.. we couldn't have so all of our menu is always, unfortunately, "dine-in only". Apologies

Trivia returns!!

Now that kids are back in school, we'll are re-starting our weekly Weds-night Pub Trivia games! Games will start at 7:30!

One quick note on "dine-in only". Unfortunately, our full menu has been "dine-in only" almost the entire time it has existed. No, it's not because we are twisting our evil handlebar mustaches, scheming to get people to stay in the space (although that IS just smart business)... the reality is, due to a few things out of our control, we have a fairly small kitchen. If we allow take-out (which we are constantly flattered folks want to), wait-times for folks in our space can get extended quite a bit and making the experience, in our space, the best we possibly can is our top priority.

"The Ocho" is tomorrow night and we're pretty damn psyched about what we've come up with!! We'll have the Hot Dog fest ...

Short version: Indy Blake crushed it at "Bogging Man" and is BACK playing live in the taproom... THIS Saturday from 7:30-10:30!!

Come on by and hang out!!

Way longer version: We stepped away from live music for a long time given that a lot of the sets were either very slow and not a good fit for our vibe, or, way worse, way too loud to be enjoyed by anyone.

Recently, we tried "Bogging Man" to dip our toes back into live music. Indy played the b**r garden during the day and blew folks away. Mixtape Misfits (a full band) played that night in the taproom and were not only awesome sounding with a great set-list, but they were able to play at the perfect volume so that folks had a blast.

So... as a next step... we've asked Indy to come back and he'll be playing this Saturday. You need to come see him before he gets way to big to play our space. Haha. We're going to get Mixtape Misfits back as well. In the mean time, we're going to be slowly trying to build our live music schedule back up so keep an eye out!

Ok... we have been dabbling in the kitchen again and may have gone a hair overboard on this week's special!

We made our own fajita seasoning, dusted one of our ground beef, ground pork belly, and garlic confit burger patties, buried some sauteed onions with it and then smothered it with some Mexican Street Corn (that we also made). We are serving it all on a buttered and griddled brioche bun and serving it with fries dusted with Tajin. C'mon-now.

For beverage pairings... well... the Margarita flavored frozen slushie and seltzer are obvious choices but we would also go with Eos, our new super-clean, super-crisp House L***r.
