Smokin' Moe's BBQ Sauce This sauce is a passion of over 15 years in the making. It was started because
all store bought sau This sauce was a passion that began over 15 years ago.

It initially started by
touching up bland store bought BBQ sauces. Each time more and more
ingredients were added. Then instead of using store sauce, a base sauce was
created. After many experiments, playing with the proportions of the various
peppers, sweeteners and other herb and spices, the final outcome is the sauce
you taste today.

Incredible meatloaf recipe. In a bowl mix ground beef, an egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, chopped onions and garlic powder. Mix in some Smokin Moes BBQ sauce and mix it up completely. Place the flat on wax paper. Place slices of mozarella cheese and chopped spinach. Roll the meatloaf with the cheese and spinach inside and place into the pan. Pour some more sauce on top and bake. Most incredible meatloaf you will ever have

Another great item to use the sauce on is on eggs. Put a spoonful on the side of the plate and dip the eggs in it. I feel almost one of the best things to eat with the sauce

Made a Rib-Eye roast for Easter. With the leftovers, I made sandwich sized pieces and put a nice helping of Smokin Moe's sauce. That was the best Roast Beef Sandwich ever had

Making is big batch to cover Easter Orders. A very easy treat that is the king of any party and easy to make is to get a bag of ready made meatballs. Best tasting ones are actually the Walmart brand. Place it in a crock-pot, put some sauce in and cook. In about one - two hours you'll have a treat that will have your guests licking their fingers and begging for more. I can never have enough meatballs when I have a party
