A customer yesterday at the market: "gluten free brownies are the best, how come some people hesitate to try them..." That's true. Cocoa powder adds intense chocolate flavor, and gluten free flours, unable to expand with gluten, make them moist and chewie.

I have bee working on a spring welcome and a mother's day gift for several months. The result is delicate, beautiful floral macarons
