It has been on my mind lately, how one business may treat another business they are in a working relationship with. You are their customer...but they are also yours. It isnt "just a job" to them, it is their career, their business...just as yours is to you. Communication and mutual respect is of the utmost importance in these dealings. Please, please, please - always remember this. If you treat them as if they aren't important...you may discover that you no longer are either.
