A mobile bar service, but make it boujee AF. ✨

Meet our Golden Grove— a pineapple, basil + olive oil margarita that is bright, silky, herbaceous, and completely unexpected. Fresh pineapple brings the perfect balance of tropical sweetness, basil adds a beautiful garden-fresh note, and a touch of olive oil gives the cocktail a soft, luxurious finish you don’t expect from a margarita.

And this is exactly what we mean when we say we don’t cut corners. At Eido Bar Co., our cocktails are built around fresh ingredients, fresh-pressed juices, homemade syrups, hand-washed herbs, fruits and vegetables, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients that actually make a difference in the glass.

The one was utterly perfect, with one of my favorite vendor teams to date. 🤍

This couple chose to wed in their family’s hometown of Boothbay Harbor, a place they spent summers returning to. There was something so special about bringing their wedding day back to a place that already held so much meaning for them.

Set against the nostalgic backdrop of the Shipyard, every detail felt effortlessly coastal, personal, and timeless. And of course, we were there to bring the drinks to life. 🍸

Our take on the classic Negroni begins with gin, Campari and sweet vermouth, then gets a little more Riviera with our house-made plum syrup.

Rich, seasonal plum brings a subtle fruitiness to the cocktail without losing the beautiful bitterness that makes a Negroni a Negroni.

Finished with fresh plum and an aromatic herb garnish, it’s sophisticated, unexpected, and just a little bit indulgent.

A modern, sleek Vista Green bar designed to make your bar service a total moment. From the design to the details, she was made to be more than just a bar. We wanted her to be part of the experience!
We had so much fun bringing this shoot and networking event to life alongside the dreamiest group of creatives. So much talent, creativity, and passion all in one space. We’re so grateful to everyone who helped make this day happen— and we can’t wait for all the drinks being served from this bar top. 🍸

It’s all about experience. The product is just the cherry on top.🍒

I’ve always believed that great cocktails are only a small part of what we create.

What really sets Eido Bar Company apart isn’t just what’s in the glass—it’s the intention behind every single detail. We squeeze our juices fresh, make our organic shrubs and syrups in-house, source quality ingredients, and build every menu from scratch because no two couples, celebrations, or guests are the same.

I don’t believe in buying pre-made mixes or offering a one-size-fits-all bar package. I want every menu to tell your story and every drink to feel like it was created just for your celebration.

This shoot felt like a career peak. I had the opportunity to collaborate with some of my favorite and most admired wedding vendors in New England to create something truly inspiring. Getting to work alongside people who share the same passion for thoughtful design, hospitality, and unforgettable experiences is one of the best parts of what we do!
