Rump boneless roasts are $8/lb! (2.5-4 lbs)
English boneless roasts $9/lb (about 4 lbs)
Beef suet- $1 /lb
Liver package $3 each
Short rib packages $20 (about 4 lbs)
Soup bones $3 a bone or all for $30 (12 plus)
Beef heart-$4
Flank steak- $10/lb

Whole beef is 4.05/lb
Half beef is 4.15/lb
Quarter beef is 4.25/lb
This is for the hanging weight which a full beef is usually 600-800 lbs.

$50 deposit to hold your spot! Message us!

We process at Olde Village Meats in Frazeysburg which is an additional cost. Usually $1-$1.25/lb

This should be around 150-180 lbs. processing fees are usually $1-$1.25/lb to Olde Village

Beef raised here on our farm in Norwich, OH. Grass fed, grain finished.
