Our secret sauce? with the volume UP gets our crew through a lot of packing over the summer 😂. Emily and Keith are prepping boxes while Juan Jose tackles the lawn, and the rest of the crew is taking care of animals, harvesting veggies, and working on a couple of construction projects. Ready for pickup day number 2 at 1 pm! will be here with treats, there are lower farm tours at 3 and 5:30, and a kids wool washing activity in the Bonus PYO. See you soon, members and friends!

It's CSA Day No. 1! We're so excited to be packing these boxes for delivery to , , Creare, and .ccba, and also to welcome members to the farm for pickups beginning at 1 pm. and will be here with delicious food, and sponsored our kids activity for today - garden collage next to the Bonus PYO. Thanks to the art table hosted by at our celebration last weekend, we have some fantastic CSA boxes going out to some lucky delivery members next week! Full Choice delivery members, make sure you get your order in by Sunday at 8 pm to ensure your veggies are ready to go, and if you're lucky, a hand decorated box to go with them!

Thanks so much to this class of Hartford High students who visited us this morning! They are studying different types of farming (traditional, indigenous, industrial), and dipping their toes into things like Act 250, current use, the Vermont Land trust, programs that help preserve agriculture in Vermont and get people farming. At the end of their time with Norah, the class loaded up with Mt. Pleasant Farm pickles for the ride home.

[Insert PYO Here] It's happening! Our huge members-only PYO gardens are getting set up with fresh flowers, fresh herbs, and specialty veggies for our members to pick throughout the CSA season. Imagine bringing home a bouquet of dahlias and zinnias, fresh cilantro, dill, and sorrel, a handful of green beans, and another of ground cherries ... every week! Once the warm days are here for good, these beds will start to blossom with so many delicious and beautiful perks! Members: keep an eye on the board for first pick dates later in June!

Lots of families checking out the piggos, decorating CSA boxes, and enjoying all the tastings, bikes, chats with local authors and community organizations, and baked goods in the Bonus Field.
