WE’RE HIRING — FULL-TIME POSITION
Williams Meat Company is looking for a highly motivated, dependable person who genuinely wants to work a full 40-hour week and take pride in their work.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has excellent attendance and can be counted on to show up on time and stay for the full workday
• Has a strong work ethic and is willing to do whatever needs to be done — including cleaning, stocking, organizing, helping customers, packaging, and other day-to-day responsibilities
• Stays busy without needing constant direction
• Has excellent people skills and can communicate professionally with customers
• Has strong reading, writing, and communication skills
• Is a quick learner and can develop a strong understanding of our products, including different cuts of meat and where they come from
• Pays attention to detail and takes pride in doing things correctly
• Can adapt when priorities change and is willing to help wherever needed
• Works well with others and brings a positive attitude to work
Experience in the meat industry is a plus, but dependability, work ethic, common sense, and willingness to learn are even more important.
We already have a good crew, and we are looking for the right fit and will be selective in filling this position. We are looking for someone who will become a dependable, long-term part of our team.
