New Hampshire residents deserve the right to protect their towns.
House Bill 439 would limit the ability of local communities to create zoning regulations specific to data centers and other large-scale industrial developments.
This is NOT just about one town or one project.
This is about preserving local control, protecting our groundwater and natural resources, safeguarding our electrical infrastructure, and ensuring communities retain the right to decide what types of development are appropriate where they live.
