We've been so busy trying to finish planting that it feels like a lot is slipping through the cracks. Keeping up with housework, social media and messages has taken a back burner. Not a complaint just acknowledging reality of May on a working farm, BUT this land never fails to find ways to force me to pause and appreciate it and the little miracles of everyday life. I happened to look out our window at exactly the right place and time to see this fresh baby in our pasture, probably born this morning. Friends, I hope you all see something that makes you smile today like this little one did for me. 💛🦌

It felt like the ground would never be dry enough to plant but hallelujah I was able to get a lot of plants in yesterday and this morning!

New for this year I wanted to see how it would go starting ALL of my starts in soil blocks.

What's a soil block?

A compressed cube of soil that acts as both the pot and soil. This means NO PLASTIC TRAYS! I won't know for sure until after planting how successful this method is for us but so far we love it!

I'm the type of gal who likes to know the details when doing something new, anyone else look up the menu at restaurants before you go? 🙋‍♀️ I see you and I don't judge so let's walk through how you can order a bouquet.

First- Click on the website link in our bio, then you'll click on the flowers tab and add a mothers day bouquet to your cart and checkout. Then you'll receive an email with a reminder of pick time and repeating the address so you don't have to hunt for it.

Second -On the very next Saturday morning between the hours of 8am to 12pm you'll pull into our driveway and I'll come out with a bucket of wrapped bouquets for you to pick from. I always try to have at least 3 options for you to pick from, everyone has different tastes and we love that!

Third -That's it! We'll help you turn around in the driveway if you need it and thank you for your support 🙏 😊 ❤️

During the growing season I get asked, "Will this keep for a few days? I won't see _____ until the middle of the week."

Dried flowers work for YOUR schedule, they'll look the same when you finally get time to visit.
