This is the heart and soul of Cleveland Field Kitchen right here. It’s not always easy work, and the kitchen can get pretty chaotic, but these women handle it all with so much grace and talent. I feel so lucky to be surrounded by such a creative, powerhouse group of ladies every day. We’re out here proving that when women support each other, the food just tastes better. So proud of this crew!
