Pesto's "Food With A Flair" featured this America’s 250th Anniversary Cheesecake 🇺🇸 for the 4th of July!

This is a creamy vanilla cheesecake topped with a scratch-made blueberry sauce and fresh strawberries 🍰

Now that I’ve had a moment to take it all in—I truly couldn’t have asked for a better turnout on Friday 🥹

The #1 question I’ve been getting: “You opened months ago… why the ribbon cutting now?”
1. Who wants to throw a party in the middle of a Michigan winter? 😅
2. I finally feel like things have slowed down just enough to actually celebrate—opening a business is a whirlwind, and my head was on a constant swivel for a while there
3. As we all come out of hibernation (Michigan, you get it 🫠), it felt like the perfect time to remind the community of places to visit and support

All that said, I am beyond grateful—for my friends & family, our amazing community, and of course ALL OF YOU 🫵🫶
