School foodservice professionals work in some of the busiest kitchens in the country. Fewer hands than they need, tighter budgets than they deserve, and more trays than most people will ever count. And every single day, they show up anyway.

Taco day will never be the same. 🌮

Introducing Taco Chicken Meatball Walking Tacos, a fun new twist on a cafeteria classic and the debut recipe from Season 2 of our Scratch Batch solution series!

We reinvented the walking taco by swapping the usual taco meat for our NEW Zee Kitchen Taco Chicken Meatballs, layered over crisp romaine, diced tomatoes, black beans, and cheddar — all built right in the bag. It serves 100 and credits as a complete lunch: 2 M/MA, 1½ Grains, and ¾ cup vegetables across three subgroups.

Same flavor kids love, with a whole new spin. No plates. No slowdown. 💛
