Today is the day!
Even if you don't want to come pick up our sauces, come on out to show support to our wonderful veterans!
It's a fantastic event that helps so many.
We hope to see you!

Good morning everyone!
Do you have plans for tomorrow? You do now!
Already have plans? Cancel them, this will be a much better time!!!
Come join us at the Anoka county fairgrounds. Operation Zero is hosting an event from noon until 10pm.
Unfortunately veteran su***de is a very real and unfortunate thing. Come out and help Operation Zero raise money to support veteran su***de prevention and critical veteran resources.
There will be food trucks, vendors (like us) a bike and car show, quite a few great bands, chainsaw carving demo as well as the Vietnam veterans wall tribute truck and a military flyover.
Please come and join us in showing veterans our love and support. It's the least we can all do. We owe current service members and veterans so very much and we thank you for your service. The Lone Oak Farm family appreciates, respects and supports them.
We hope to see you all tomorrow!

What a wonderful weekend!
A huge thank you to the NHPA and the Nowthen Threshing Show. It was a blast.
We are grateful to be a part of this event each year and can't wait for the 2027 show!
We were truly honored to be able to create and sell the special release sauce, The Pull, to benefit future tractor pulls 🚜.
We also want to thank each of you that stopped by to see us and purchase our sauces, both existing and new customers. We are thankful for your support.

If you stop by the Nowthen Threshing Show , you can't miss us when you come in the main gate.
Come say hi and support the NHPA tractor pulls by buying a jar of The Pull bbq sauce (A portion of proceeds goes to the NHPA for future pulls) or a tractor Christmas ornament (100% of the sales of tractor merch goes to the NHPA). We would love to see you there!

Want to get involved and have a great time? The Nowthen Threshing Show needs help!

Dear NHPA Members and Friends,
The 2026 Nowthen Threshing Show is just around the corner, and we're looking for volunteers to help make this year's show another great success!
The 2026 show dates are August 14, 15th and 16th.
As many of you know, the Nowthen Historical Power Association is an 100% all-volunteer organization. Every exhibit, activity, parking lot, people mover drivers, and demonstration is made possible because of dedicated volunteers who generously give their time. Whether you can help for a few hours or throughout the weekend, your support truly makes a difference.

**This year we really need help with Train Volunteers and a Chairperson to take over the train, with out volunteers and a chairperson, there is a chance the train may not operate during the show.

**This is great for school or any youth groups that need to build up or complete some community service hours.

There are many opportunities to get involved, including:
Chairperson Positions
Golf Cart Rental
Parade Marshalls
Train Drivers and Train Loading Assistants
People Mover Drivers
Exhibit Buildings
Children's Activities
Kiddie Tractor Pull
Grounds & Setup
Trash Pickup
And many more!

No previous experience is necessary—there's a place for everyone, and we'd be happy to help you find an area that matches your interests.

Volunteering is not only a great way to meet fellow members, preserve our agricultural heritage, and help create an enjoyable experience for the thousands of visitors who attend each year, but it’s also fun and rewarding.
If you'd like to volunteer, please check out the links below and a chairperson will be happy to connect with you in the area you’re interested in.

Thank you to everyone who has volunteered over the years. Your dedication is what has made the Nowthen Threshing Show a success for 55 years, and we couldn't do it without you.
We look forward to seeing you at the 2026 Nowthen Threshing Show!

Below are links that will bring you directly to our electronic volunteer sign up sheets. These will be updated weekly and sent out to members. Also, feel free to share them with your family, friends, volunteer groups and let’s fill them up together and have a successful show in 2026.
