We look forward to seeing you today at the Timnath Farmers Market from 10am to 2pm!

We will be sampling Shoulder steaks and Hot Italian Links come say hi and taste our pasture-raised pork with a high alfalfa/grass diet amd take some home!

We also will have our goat milk soap including:

🥚 We had a lot of pre orders for our Free Range Pasture Raised Eggs and a have limited cartons that are not pre claimed so come early so you don't miss out and these delicious nuggets!

Baby chick surprise! Well, that wasn't planned 😅👀😍🐣

Several weeks ago, one of our hens went missing. 🥹

We looked everywhere👀... or so we thought. 😅

After a while, we unfortunately assumed a predator had gotten an easy lunch. 🐾🦅

That's one of the hard realities of free-ranging chickens, but we know they get to live their best chicken lives! ❤️🐔

Well, yesterday Momma Hen suddenly appeared with 11 baby chicks in tow! 😍🐣🐣🐣

Now we know exactly where she was hiding... and wow, was it a good spot! 😂🤣

We searched 👀 this property top to bottom and somehow she managed to stay hidden long enough to hatch 11 little surprises.

Needless to say, we're pretty excited to have Momma Hen and all 11 chicks safe and sound! ❤️

It's a beautiful cloudy Colorado morning—a nice break from the recent heat and the perfect day to get out, enjoy the fresh air, and shop local. ☁️🌿

One pork chop. Three delicious ways to enjoy it! 🐷🔥

Our 1" Bennett Rock Ranch pasture-raised pork chops are one of our customer favorites, and it's easy to see why.

🥩 Simple & Classic
Seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic, then smoked low and slow. No smoker? These are equally delicious on the grill!

🍖 BBQ Glazed
Coated in your favorite BBQ sauce and cooked until perfectly caramelized. We made these on a grill pan in the oven, but they're fantastic on the grill too.

🍓 Kentucky Bar Fight Glaze
One of our favorites! We topped these chops with Johanna's Handcrafted Jams Kentucky Bar Fight Jam and baked them until it transformed into a sweet, savory, flavor-packed glaze.

No matter how you cook them, our pasture-raised pork chops deliver incredible flavor and tenderness every time.
