Built for gathering, relaxing, and interrupting everyday life for a little while. What started as a garage homebrew hobby has grown into a refreshed public house experience for O’Fallon, Missouri. We’re creating a warm, modern, and inviting space offering craft beer, artisanal sodas, crafted food, and a small selection of simple cocktails and wine. Because what’s better than regrouping for the rest of the week with fall weather, cold b**r, and good food? Honestly… not much.

Milovice is NOW ON TAP.

This traditional Czech-style Pilsner is brewed with Czech floor-malted Pilsner malt and classic Saaz & Kazbek hops. Crisp, clean, and refreshing, with a delicate malt character and a spicy, herbal hop finish.

The weather is finally giving us a little taste of fall, and we’ve got the perfect b**r to go with it. 🍂🍺
