Classic Red Hots Catering We are Classic Red Hots. My family and me operate multiple food trailers that provide various quick serve food and drink options for your events.

We are an O'Fallon, MO based family owned Restaurant, food cart and concessions company that sells Chicago Style Hot Dogs, Flavor Infused Brats, Italian Beef and other quick serve food and drinks.

CLASSIC RED HOTS 10/30/2025 UPDATE

The Catering/Vending/Concessions divisions of the company are performing well. The O’Fallon, MO restaurant location is not due to limited staffing and sales as a result of less overall traffic in shopping center. For those reasons, the O’Fallon, MO Restaurant location will only be operating as a commissary kitchen and will only be handling large catering delivery and pickup orders until further notice.

We are operating at the following locations:

-South County Center (South County mall) food court during mall hours until at least mid-February. We will be serve Chicago Dogs, flavored brats and more in the food court through at least mid Feb.

-Dardenne Prairie City Hall Park concessions stand during the youth spring and fall baseball games that will be starting back up March 2026. We will serve Chicago Dogs, flavored brats, burgers, alcohol and many other items at the stand.

Our calendar is filling up quickly for rest of 2025 and into 2026 but our catering department is still accepting bookings for the portable food cart services we provide along with the inside table side/concession services we provide for the various vending and catering events (such as company lunches/dinners, weddings, festivals, church gatherings, sporting events, birthday parties, back yard parties, etc.) throughout the metro area.
