We have chicks. Some egg layers, meat birds and a few ducks. Thanks Valley Farms Hatchery for the great service and quality birds. We really appreciate being able to buy from another Alabama business. If you want quality chickens, or ducks give them a try. This is our 3rd order and we have been pleased each time.

We got the Meat Chickens out on the pasture today. They will be in our freezer before Christmas. These are our test batch of Cornish Cross we will test them out on our family before offering them to our friends and community next year. We did a test batch of Freedom Rangers in the spring and they were amazing. We can not wait to offer them next year as well.

Sad day on the farm. We lost Helga the goat. She was a good goat and will be missed especially in the kudzu patch.
