Yes you can color brown eggs for Easter!
1. Hard boil your eggs
2. Cool them fast by running under cold water or soaking in ice
3. Soak them in white vinegar for 5 minutes.
4. Wipe dry, the shell will become a lighter brown
5. Dye egg in 3/4c hot water, 3tsp white vinegar and several drops
of food coloring (gel works best) if your using store bought tablets drop 2 in a cup OR use natural products
For egg shell color:
teal- red cabbage
yellow- turmeric powder
orange- yellow onion skins
blue-100% concord grape juice
red/pink-100% beet juice

It's difficult having more then one male duck. Nutella is getting his time in the pond. While PB&Java are locked in the barn to avoid fights.

Fellow chicken friends I found this site and really looking forward to get some plants for the chicken run! Thought some would like this too!

My journey in creating my chicken run. The best way to do that is by growing plants in your chicken run. Plants in your run can be beneficial as well as more aesthetically + aromatic pleasing.

Currently have 6 dozen eggs for free. Did the float test they stand. They just aren't at their freshest stage but still good! Then I have a little over 6 dozen fresh eggs! Doing $3 a dozen or 2 dozen for $5! Let me know!

We are in search of a female pekin duck. She will be a pet only as out cayuga is losing his mate due some health issues it's best to let her go so she no longer suffers. Let me know if you know of any needing homes. Thank you!

What a beautiful day!! Always something to clean/do here! Had a little helper after school finish up the goat pen. Still lost left on my forever long list but hey that's good for now! Mason got to go play with friends after his hard and very appreciated work 👏.
