Meet Jessica, the baker behind our Ruby Cuban bread! ❤️🥖 Wold

From the very beginning of this project, Jessica has been all in with us. If you tried our Cubanos last weekend, you already tasted her beautiful work—she’s the talent behind the bread that makes our paninis so special!

A talented Italian chef with a gentle heart, Jessica brings love and passion to her baking, and you can taste it in every bite. Her care shines through in the quality we’re proud to share with our guests.

When she chose to be part of our dream, it melted our hearts. Ruby Lounge + Kitchen is growing with the love and dedication of people who have become family, and Jessica is such a special part of that journey.

Today, we join our Whidbey Island community in mourning the loss of our beloved Bruiser. 🦌💔

For 14 years, he brought something special to this island. A glimpse of him could brighten your day, and his presence became part of what made Whidbey feel like home.

Bruiser inspired a place in our Ruby merchandise, but he holds an even bigger place in our hearts. We will continue honoring him through those designs, keeping his memory alive and reminding everyone of the beautiful animal who meant so much to our community.

Rest peacefully, Bruiser. Your story will always be part of Whidbey Island—and part of Ruby. You will never be forgotten. ❤️

Ruby Lounge + Kitchen is getting closer! While our kitchen isn’t quite ready to open, we’re excited to give you a taste of what’s to come. ❤️

Join us at the Día de Fiesta Festival on Pioneer Way, October 2 and 3, as we celebrate Hispanic heritage, culture, and community! We’ll be serving some of our special ceviches, Cubanos, and tres leches for you to enjoy and purchase.

We’ve been working hard to bring Ruby to the island, and we can’t wait to share this special sneak peek with you. Come enjoy delicious food, live shows, and a fun celebration for the whole family! 🎉
