Happy second birthday to our loving, quirky, one-eyed, wonder dog. We almost lost him to illness as a pup, but extraordinary care from a criticalist and a neurologist Animal Medical of Seattle saved his life. We’ve had border collies for less than two years now, but our wonderful trio has changed how we manage our sheep, how we structure our days, and how much love we carry in our hearts. I wish I had started with them years ago, but I know now that I’ll always have one (or more!) by my side in the field during the day and in the bed with us at night! Happy birthday, dear pup! You’ve brought us so much joy. #❤️

A dreamy few days with a friend who has been one of my favorite women in the world since we were 18 (!). Sailing in the evening, walking through the woods, listening to bagpipes, eating fish tacos and ice cream, spending time with our dear husbands, and taking a trip out to Race Rocks Lighthouse in British Columbia to see some humpbacks and a little minke. Thanks for getting me away from 🐏🐏 for a few days and for the many decades of friendship Debbie Campbell 😘😘😘

Happy May! Days are long, pastures are lush, and we’re watching twenty keeper lambs grow beautifully. We’ve got new products coming soon and I can’t wait to photograph and share them!
