Ahhhhh where to begin... I love food! All food! I am a wife and mother to 1 husband and 3 kids, and just finally at 50 following my dream. I went to culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu, then went to work in restaurants... But at age 40 had my third and final child, who has Down syndrome, so I left the food and restaurant industry to be a stay at home mom. I am finally at a place where I can now have my own business, know that it will be successful and grow it into a legacy I can leave my kids. While following my dream too, Never to late to do that.
We are a little hotdog cart that sells delicious 100% beef hotdogs. The toppings are made and cut fresh everyday down to the onions. I believe in serving the best tasting and most authentic food I can even if it is a hot dog. We will also serve other tasty treats and our menu will change on a weekly or monthly basis, offering up some variety from basic hotdogs or chili dogs (home made chili) to American regional favorites such as a Chicago dog, or a New York dog, sourcing those products from those places to make sure we have that authentic taste. Pretty much the only thing we are not making from scratch is the Dog it’s self as well, I do not know how to do that and the buns, mustard and ketchup!! Otherwise be prepared to have some great dog options brought to you and sides that the whole family can enjoy!
