Today is Mom & Pop Shop Day and in honor of such a fabulous day we would love to share some of our Ernie's Market/Family history with you.

This April Ernie's Market will be in business 70 years. In April of 1955 Ernie Sr and his wife Virgina opened their door and it has been swinging back and forth pretty much every day since!!! Ernie Sr, Virginia and their son Ernie worked side by side for many years.
As Ernie Jr grew so did Ernie's Market and Ernie Jr dedicated his life to his Market. Ernie Jr. took Ernie's Market from a neighborhood grocery store to a WORLD RENOWNED Sandwich Shop.
And after 70 years Ernie Jr and his daughter Lori still have the front door swinging back and forth providing our customers with the most delicious Sandwiches we can possibly create.
How why you ask???

We Love our customers! This is so much more
than a business to us. This is our family. This is our Life. This is our home. When you come into our shop for a sandwich you become apart of our family. Our family is so blessed to have been able to navigate the waters and still be on the corner of 8500 Capital after 70 years.
As a mom and pop business, this life isn't always easy. However, for us it's all worth it
with the ve and support trom all of you!
