Friends and neighbors - Unforseen circumstances have forced us to make the difficult decision not to proceed with the opening of A Moveable Roast. It was not a decision we wanted to make but one that was beyond our control. We put an enormous amount of work into creating our dream cafe in the heart of Oak Park's Hemingway District, sparing no expense or detail to get everything - from the menu to the ambiance - just right.
I'd like to thank all of you who have expressed such enthusiasm and support for our concept. It's a true testament to the community we call home and the people and businesses we call our neighbors.
