Entrepreneurship is simple in theory: solve a real problem with a real system.
For me, the problem (X) was clear:
People are struggling with bloating, low energy, irritability, poor sleep, and weight gain—and most don’t have the time or knowledge to fix it.
The vision 👍?
Remove the friction from eating anti-inflammatory, healing foods.
The value (V)?
Help people feel like themselves again—energized, clear, and in control of their health.
So we built the solution:
The Wellness Detox Box — a 5, 10, or 20-day reset with fully prepared organic meals, elixirs, herbal teas, and health coaching.
We launched Clean Meals Organic using Uber delivery drivers and beta tested in Oak Park.
In our very first month, we raised $20,000 from early supporters.
I was in the kitchen cooking every meal.
My executive assistant Ryan handled the backend.
We made it work.
This isn’t just a business—it’s a system designed to change how people heal.
