Our Policies:
Reservations - We do not accept deposits, however will reserve up to two rabbits of your choice on your word. If we have individuals repeatedly back out of rabbits, we may require a deposit from those individuals before agreeing to reserve a rabbit in the future. If for any reason something happens to your reserved kit of choice, reservation is transferrable to other available kit or you will be top of the waiting list for the next litter.
Age - Rabbits will be ready for their new homes starting at 8 weeks of age. Rabbits will not leave until at least 8 weeks old as it is important that they nurse from their mom during this time and we are able to monitor separation to ensure both mom and kit both do well after weaning.
S*x - We will not know genders until closer to 6-8 weeks old. We do our best to make sure the s*x of our rabbits are correct however s*x of younger rabbits are not guaranteed. We encourage you to also check the s*x when you pickup the rabbit. We cannot offer exchanges once the rabbit has left our property.
Transporters - We will work with a transporter of your choice, if you desire, however we are no longer responsible for the rabbit once it has left our property. Transporters are separate businesses in which you can arrange payment and delivery. We do not tattoo rabbits, but will mark the ear with a sharpie if you request.
No Visitors - We are a closed farm to help protect the health of our animals- meaning we only allow buyers to visit by appointment only to pick up their rabbit. We do not allow the general public to handle our rabbits.
All rehomings are final and non-refundable, however our rabbits health and safety is our priority. If for any reason you no longer want your rabbit, you can return it to us and we will accept it back at any time (without a refund). We require you disclose any known or suspected health issues at time of return so we can treat appropriately.
This policy is in place whether it is read or not.
