It is official. Our WV home will be on the market Saturday. Come join the Open House on Sunday 11/19 from 1-3pm.

Jan and I are headed to NC to be closer to our grandkids. We found a beautiful place in the middle of farm country, right on the corner of a beef farm. My dream... I will be surrounded by cattle. The place is about 45 minutes east of Charlotte. Stay tuned for more pics of the new place and work we plan for it.

Champion CORVA Mahia Love Rowdy was introduced to my two best sows today, Rebecca Gina Royal Flush and Supreme Grand Champion CORVA Awakino Sassie. Sassie and Rowdy are littermates. Though Rowdy is my smallest boar is almost equal in size to two of my largest sows. Just indicates the size of the boars in the herd.

I am so humbled to know such an inspired young family as the Geraghtys. Dayna is correct in that we have kindled a great friendship from what started as business deal.

My wife and I have decided to move because we became grandparents in the last year. A great reason. But I have moved before with animals and it is a nightmare. I know Dayna and Josh will take good care of my herd and work them until my return. They value good genetics and I hope I have shown them the true value of linebreeding. My Kunes are in good hands.

AVAILABLE - TLF Wilsons Gina - GB - IKHR 34807 and BrW IKHR 34805 litter notification numbers. I am only selling one of these gilts. I think the better of the two is the GB 34807 but she has a 5/7 teat line. Personally this doesn't bother me at this point in my herd development. The BrW has a 6/6 teat line. So I am offering a choice of these two, I will keep one and sell one. They are sired by Gr Champion SCR Mahia Love 2 Stitch and show all of his length and great legs. Their dam TLF Wilsons Gina 1 Mary Anne was our first retained gilt and hasn't disappointed. She had a great growth rate and hit 221 as a yearling. She is an EKPA/AKKPS Champion from the 2022 EKPA International Futurity. Also finishing as 5th Best Sow of the Show out of 100+ sow/gilt entries. Mary Anne's dam is half sister to our Champion Wilsons Gina Diamond. These Wilsons Gina girls are critical to make pork genetics for growth rate and type. Whichever gilt stays will only add to that.
