I am thinking of purchasing a printer that prints on edible paper for cakes, cupcakes, etc.

Many many years ago I worked with a lady that would bring these into work every now and then. They were made by an elderly lady in Oakdale that she called Aunt Bessie. Still the best tea cakes I’ve ever had and the only recipe I use.

So, here goes.

I’ve had several requests for prices for my Chantilly cakes. I know a lot of you will think it’s expensive for a small cake, but please consider the following:

Fruit is very expensive
Mascarpone cheese is very expensive
Cream cheese is very expensive
Electricity is very expensive
My time is very expensive

I do 2 layer 6” or 8” or 3 layers of each. I can also do a sheet cake.
2 layer - 6” is 25.00
3 layer - 6” is 35.00
2 layer - 8” is 40.00
3 layer - 8” is 45.00
