WOW! What an incredible first year for Chester’s Pumpkin Pasture at the Oakdale Rodeo Grounds! 🎃🌾

From pony rides and roping to the cattle truck slide and endless pumpkin picking, we set out to create a place where families could experience the agriculture, ranching, and rodeo way of life that makes Oakdale so special.

Our goal has always been simple: to connect the roots of Oakdale’s ag and rodeo heritage with our community and thanks to all of you, that vision came to life.

We’re beyond grateful for the vendors, volunteers, local businesses, schools, and families who made this season possible. Whether you came from down the road or hours away, your support made our very first year a huge success!

We’re already planning a bigger and better 2026 out at the Oakdale Rodeo Grounds, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back for more fall fun, rodeo spirit, and pumpkin patch memories. 🧡🎃

Come on down to the rodeo grounds for pony rides, corn pits, and perfect pumpkins for the rest of the fall season! Tomorrow, 10/31 is the final day for tractor rides, face painting, pumpkin decorating, and to slide down the cattle truck slide! 🌾

This weekend, October 24–26, Chester’s Pumpkin Pasture is going gold to support Jett's Journey with Osteosarcoma — a 14-year-old Oakdale local bravely fighting pediatric cancer. 💛

🎃 A portion of all pumpkin sales at Chester’s Pumpkin Pasture will be donated directly to Jett and his family.

🎨 Decorate your pumpkin at our Pumpkin Decorating Table or at home, then share your photo and tag us with to show your support! We will have gift cards to our top 3 winners!

Every pumpkin purchase helps Jett’s Journey!
