It's a frigid but sunny day here in Oakfield. Our calves were all outside enjoying their grain this morning. While the mature cows handle the cold temperatures pretty well, our calves require extra care in the winter. Calf jackets for the first 4 weeks of life, fluffy straw bedding for insulation, warm electrolyte deliveries in between milk feedings and added calories in the milk and feed are some ways that we help them thrive through the NY winter. A big shoutout to our awesome team that gives them top notch care year-round! ❄️❤️🐄

Shoutout to this awesome crew! Our fall harvest is in full swing, and this team is rocking it!
🌽 2500 acres harvested so far of 5400 total corn acres
🚜 3 choppers, 17 trucks and 10 tractors on the pile are keeping it rolling along!
