Waiting on Gods timing! Has been a challenging season. There have been years that we have been done planting by Memorial Day. It’s starting to look like we wont have anything planted by Memorial Day this year.

When you purchase a quarter, half, or whole cow from us you will work directly with the butcher to get exactly what you want. Trying something new ourselves today, smoked short ribs. Short ribs can be also cut smaller and go great in the crockpot, or if you really dont care for short ribs they can be ground up for ground beef. Our butcher will also make hamburger patties for you as well.
